2. AI-generated content
Generative AI answers are labeled “AI-generated content.” They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated and are for general information only. They are not medical, care, legal, investment, or other professional advice and cannot replace emergency assistance.
General questions outside the verified Heartmemo information are powered by Doubao Seed 2.1 Lite. The registered generative AI service is “Heartmemo AI,” registration number Beijing-XinYiTongQi-20260415S0176. Official pages, contracts, and written staff confirmation govern product functions, prices, delivery, support, and partnership terms.
3. Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully and in good faith. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, fraudulent, or misleading content; enter identity numbers, bank details, passwords, health information, or other sensitive information in chat; impersonate others; scrape at scale; bypass restrictions; interfere with systems; or seek unauthorized access.
4. Contact forms
By submitting a contact form, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and authorize us to process the information solely to answer the inquiry. You must have the right to provide that information. Contact-form information is not sent to the AI chat model.
5. Intellectual property
Text, images, trademarks, page design, software, and other website content are owned by Heartmemo or the relevant rights holder. Do not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or use them commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party links
Third-party services operate independently under their own rules. Heartmemo does not control their continuing availability or content.

Services may be interrupted by upgrades, network failures, security response, or force majeure. We will make reasonable efforts to reduce disruption. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
