This policy applies to the Heartmemo website operated by Beijing Heartmemo Technology Co., Ltd. Separate rules shown in the product or app apply to Kangkang and other services.
2. Information we process
Interactive chat
We process the questions you enter, selected prompts, and context needed for the current conversation. No account is required. Do not enter phone numbers, email addresses, identity documents, bank details, health information, or other personal or sensitive information in the chat box.
Business inquiries
If you choose to submit an inquiry, we process your optional name, phone number or email address, request, and consent status.
Technical information
For rate limiting, security, and troubleshooting, the server may process IP address, request time, browser, or device type to the necessary extent.
3. How we use information
We use information only to answer questions, respond to inquiries, operate the website, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.
4. AI chat
The chat prioritizes verified public Heartmemo information. General questions outside that information are answered using Doubao Seed 2.1 Lite. AI answers are clearly labeled, may contain errors or omissions, and are for general reference only. Official Heartmemo materials and written confirmation govern products, prices, service, contracts, and partnerships.
The registered generative AI service is “Heartmemo AI,” registration number Beijing-XinYiTongQi-20260415S0176.
5. Retention
The website does not require an account or write long-term chat history to the browser. Contact information is retained only as needed to answer the inquiry and meet legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized unless otherwise required by law.
6. Service providers and transfer
Necessary cloud, security, email, and AI providers may process information only for agreed purposes and within the necessary scope. Contact-form names, phone numbers, email addresses, and inquiry content are not sent to the AI chat model. We do not sell personal information.
7. Your rights

8. Minors
The chat and inquiry services are primarily for adults. Users under 14 should use them only with guardian consent and guidance and should not submit personal information.
9. Security and updates
We use access control, input validation, rate limiting, and appropriate transmission safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will be communicated prominently as required by law.
